robertbdavis will likely attempt again, though admittedly having trouble (in dreams) with the last few destroyer albums.

Josh Linnen As a Bejar die-hard, this album has completely blown me away.

I've struggled to put words to it. Approaching it from arm's-length, I was not prepared for what I believe to be Destroyer's best album.

Flailing through many genres, but with a great, distinct aesthetic. Far removed from the more ironic character of recent records, Dan makes his most moving record.

John Collins also knocks it out of the park on production duties.

Cannot wait for the weirder ideas they have in the wings Favorite track: June.

Mike Barthel A weird sort of greatest hits album, or "greatest sounds," with some fun new approaches, too. Favorite track: Tintoretto, It's for You.
